  • I’ve been training with at Common Ground for a year, and I can honestly say that it's the best personal training studio I’ve ever worked with. Every workout is unique and so much fun, but don’t be mistaken, the sessions are absolute killers (in a good way). My trainer has worked with me through some knee and hip injuries, and worked together with my physio to adjust the sessions while always maintaining the quality of the workouts. Would absolutely recommend CG to anyone!

  • It’s been such a pleasurE PERSONAL TRAINING AT COMMON GROUND. tHEY HAVE Helped me reach my fitness goals and MY TRAINER understands my body sometimes better than I do. I used to get DOMS with heavy leg day workouts prior to TRAINING HERE even with professionals trainers!! This would set me back both mentally and physically. COMMON GROUND made sure this never happened and I’ve lifted heavier than ever DURING MY SESSIONS.
