For those who want the extra attention, care and the push of having their own personal trainer at an affordable cost. Sessions range from 4-8 people per session time. Keep good form, ask questions and feel confident in a smaller group setting.

Corporate Wellness
Private group classes or bootcamps for your company. Our trainers can travel to your head office or employees may organize a private group class @ COMMON GROUND. Healthy lifestyle workshops and information sessions are available as well which will help ensure a healthy company. Lunch and learns, postural workshops, mobility sessions are our most popular offerings.

Outdoor Boot Camps
Motivate one another in an array of our small group classes. Conditioning, strength training and circuit training are just some of the many different metabolic methods used to shred the fat and ensure a good sweat. Our community thrives off one another and each and every class is to motivate individuals to do what they can.

4-Week Customized Workout Programs
Your trainer will create a customized 4 week training program to help you achieve your outlined goals based on any limitations/injuries and gym-access/equipment you have available to you. Through continual support and mentorship, you will be able to have clear directions on the how to’s of each exercise so your program is very easy to understand yet physically challenging.

Rental Space
Our Common Ground studio is available to rent for solo gym goers, photographers, videographers and freelance personal trainers. Fully equipped and with affordable hourly rates. Bring your clients and/or your creativity and use our space to do the work you need
Virtual Services

Initial Consultation
A FREE 15 minute consultation with one of our trainers where we will discuss your goals, exercise/injury history, your access to equipment and anything else needed to make your customized workout program. This consultation can be in person or virtual (zoom/skype/facetime).

Nutrition Advice
Understanding nutrition can be very complex and overwhelming - we will help you to develop the best nutrition strategy that aligns with your lifestyle.

On-going Support
Throughout the course of your program you will receive weekly email check-ins with your trainer to celebrate your weekly wins and go over any issues you may have had or adapt your plan where needed. You will also be invited to the private members only Facebook forum where you can ask questions at any time. Our aim is to not only help you achieve your goal, whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain and anything in-between but also to empower you to learn how to take full control of your health and fitness

1-1 Virtual Training
Need to stay accountable? Book in a virtual 1-1 training session with your trainer via Zoom. Ask any questions you may have about training, or your customized training program. The idea is for us to bring our skillset and knowledge to you in your home or gym.
