    Sope has always been fascinated by the capability of the human body. Growing up, he was heavily involved in athletics and decided to pursue a career in kinesiology. With a wealth of knowledge of human anatomy, he has become creative with his workouts and exercises. His workout style combines conditioning and strength training.

    MANAGER & PERSONAL TRAINER/BOXING INSTRUCTOR

    Rob is a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a former varsity athlete and amateur boxer, he brings sport specific exercises and functional training to his training methods.

    .Having received his Masters degree, along with a NASM personal training certification, he is motivated to learn and help those wanting to achieve the best version of themselves

    PERSONAL TRAINER

    Allison is a professional trainer. She specializes in Boxing, Slow & Controlled movement and Primal Flow.

    Allison also has a background in Police Foundation — which is where she gets a lot of her fitness and training inspiration from.

    With her you will focus on the feeling along with fundamentals, and really challenge that inner beast within.

    Daniela is a NASM Certified personal trainer who uses strength training and HIIT to help her clients achieve their desired results . Having been a competitive dancer for 18 years, she stresses the importance of stretching and mobility to create longevity in your fitness journey .

    Her passion is to help motivate others to live a healthy balanced lifestyle, while building up their confidence and comfort in the gym.

    Justin is a certified personal trainer and a certified conditioning coach. He’s had an intensive background in soccer, having played NCAA D1 followed by a professional stint .

    Mark has an extensive educational background with an undergraduate degree in Strength & Conditioning followed with a Masters Degree in Sport & Exercise Science completed at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK.

    He has gained a wealth of experience having worked in both professional soccer and rugby. His experience training all over Europe has given him the ability to be creative with his workouts helping clients achieve their individual goals.

    His specialty areas include sport specific training, muscle building and weight loss.

    Vanessa is an ISSA and RKC certified personal trainer. She takes a holistic approach to fitness - believing it needs to encompass the mind, body, and soul. Vanessa loves to incorporate strength training to her sessions . Vanessa enjoys training all of her clients like athletes while placing focus on technique and longevity pushing them to reach their highest potential.
